QNS Project Text Updates
Optional informational SMS updates for active QNS engagements.
QNS customers and authorized project contacts may opt in to receive informational text messages about an active QNS engagement. Messages may include customer action requests, order and shipment status, installation scheduling and reminders, deployment or readiness updates, completion notices, and service or support updates.
How to opt in
To receive QNS project text updates, text START to 619-880-8709.
By texting START, you expressly consent to receive informational SMS messages from QNS, Incorporated regarding your active QNS engagement. Consent is recorded for the mobile number that sends START and may be used for automated, event-driven project updates. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing QNS products or services.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on project activity and is event-driven rather than sent on a fixed schedule. Typically, QNS sends fewer than five messages per recipient per business day. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
Stop or get help
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. QNS will honor clear opt-out requests and will not resume consent-based automated messages unless you opt in again.
Privacy and terms
QNS does not sell mobile opt-in data or text-message consent. Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or independent messaging. QNS may use service providers solely to transmit, administer, secure, or support QNS messages.
