Restaurant technology, approached from the operator's point of view.
QNS, Incorporated is a San Diego-based restaurant technology design and deployment partner. QNS helps growing brands move from fragmented or informal technology decisions to a documented, repeatable standard that can support new restaurants, existing locations, and the next stage of growth.
QNS is restaurant-specific, project based, and designed to create an environment that can operate effectively after the engagement. It is not permanent outsourced IT.

Daniel P. Martinez
Daniel brings three decades of experience in network and technology strategy, infrastructure design, supplier management, and large-scale execution. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations turn complex technology environments into practical, repeatable operating models that improve reliability, strengthen security, support growth, and create greater control over cost and accountability.
As founder and president of QNS, Daniel applies that experience to restaurant technology. He has immersed himself in a wide range of restaurant environments to understand how technology decisions affect openings, daily operations, payments, support, security, franchisees, and long-term growth. This firsthand perspective allows him to recognize the dependencies and operational risks that are often missed when restaurant technology, infrastructure, and support are considered separately.
Daniel's work centers on helping growing restaurant brands build a scalable technology foundation that can mature with the business. He brings together leadership, operations, IT, development, franchise stakeholders, and service providers to define clear standards, establish ownership, coordinate deployment, and create practical documentation that can be repeated across locations. His approach combines executive judgment with a detailed understanding of what must happen for restaurant technology to work as intended.
Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Pennsylvania State University and has completed executive leadership development through McKinsey & Company.
