QNS maintains the following policies to explain how we handle information, communicate with customers, govern use of our website, and establish common terms for QNS products and services. The policy that applies to a particular interaction depends on how you are working with QNS.

This page is an index for transparency and navigation. A particular policy applies only in the circumstances stated in that policy or in an applicable Agreement, Order, SOW, form, program, or enrollment flow. Merely viewing this index does not make every listed policy applicable to every visitor or create a customer contract.

Each policy page identifies its current version and publish/effective date. When the QNS Terms & Conditions are incorporated into an active direct QNS contract, material updates to those Terms are handled under the notice and 30-day opt-out process stated in the Terms. Independent provider agreements remain governed by their own terms.

Some services coordinated by QNS are furnished by independent providers and remain subject to those providers’ applicable agreements, privacy practices, and service-specific terms.
